Freight & Shipping Charge Policy
All items sold by Glasstileoasis.com have a set shipping charge based on items weight. Most items ordered from Glasstileoasis.com are shipped via UPS. Some of our items have FREE SHIPPING, but this policy applies only to items marked as free shipping, and being shipped to the 48 continental United States only.
For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico our items are shipped via AIR at an additional fee. We apologize but we cannot accept International orders at this time.
Standard shipping is 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via 2-Day Air.
We do combine shipping for multiple items purchased during the same checkout going to the same address. If you buy more items you save.
Glasstileoasis.com will NOT ship to PO Boxes and APO Boxes.
Glasstileoasis.com will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time.
Glasstileoasis.com bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather Storms, employee Strikes or any other complication caused on behalf of our affiliated Shipping carriers.
All freight orders will be shipped to curb side delivery only. Any modification to the shipment such as liftgate or inside delivery will result in extra charges and must be paid upfront prior to delivery.
