Step 1

 Choosing a Sample

1. On the left side, Pick a category and then click a sub-selection under the category:   (example: Under Browse Tile Glass Series – click on Glass)

2. Keep drilling down under each sub-category until you find the tile sample you want         to order.

3. Click on the tile sample you want

4. Another window opens.  On the right hand side, click “Order A Sample” 

   A new Pop Up Screen appears with the following information:

· Sample

· Sample price

· Sample size

· Product details

   (special shipping rates listed on bottom screen)

Step 2

 Ordering your sample

5. If all information is correct, click Add to Cart.

6. Click down arrow on shipping calculator (if you want a quicker delivery option other than ground.)

7. Click Red Button Below – Proceed to Secure Checkout.

8. If you are an existing customer, fill out the email and password sections and continue with the prompts to complete your order.

9. If you are a new customer, click New Customer Checkout, filling out all the necessary information.

10. Follow the rest of the prompts to complete the order.
